Insurance
We're not in-network with insurance, but many PPO plans reimburse part of the cost of out-of-network therapy. We'll give you a superbill, a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Superbills also work for FSA and HSA accounts. Check with your plan to see what's covered, and we're happy to walk you through the process.
Sliding scale
We keep a limited number of reduced-fee spots for clients with financial need. Please reach out to see if this may be an option for you.
Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services.
Free consultation
Tell us a little about you
Reaching out can feel vulnerable. The first call is free, takes about 15 minutes, and there's no pressure to commit.
During the call, we will:
1
Talk about what's bringing you in
2
Give you a sense of our approach and how therapy might look
3
Answer your questions and see if we're a good fit
